30 gram of fat? That’s like a quarter-pound burger!
Research has shown that the fat contains in avocado is a monounsaturated fat. It’s a good type of fat that lowers your blood cholesterol level. So, it’s a very good source for your heart. Avocado also helps to lower the risk of breast cancer, prostate cancer, high blood pressure, and stroke.
Avocado also riches in vitamin K, B6, and C plus some dietary fiber, folic acid, potassium.
It’s highly recommended to add avocado in your diet program. However, this healthy fruit is high in calories, so consume it in moderation.
Try different ways in eating avocado:

One of my favorite is avocado juice. It’s very simple to make. Spoon one ripe avocado meats into a blender. Pour abour 1.5 glass of water and ice (if you want it cold). You can put a little sugar and milk. It’s ready to be served. Enjoy!
